It is an integrated company primarily engaged in the manufacture of sugar and allied products. From a humble beginning in 2021, when we commissioned our first plant with capacity of 3500 TCD & eco-friendly 20 MW capacity cogen power project for decentralized generation of exportable surplus power, mainly from renewable sources of fuel, located at Village Yeragal (BK), Taluka Sindagi, Dist. Vijayapura in the Karnataka State.

The site is located at a distance of 10 Km from Sindagi, a Taluka headquarter. The nearest airport is at is at Kalaburagi around 90 Km & Hubli which is 270 km (proposed airport at Vijayapura is around 65 Km) & railway station at Indi Road at 60 Km away from site. The site is easily accessible from State Highway No. 16, (Sindagi - Shahapur Road, 2 Km) & NH No 218 (Vijayapura - Kalaburagi Road, 10 km).
